Winterization

Protect Your Investment

Winterization packages vary based on what engine you have: outboard, sterndrive, direct drive, V-drive or Rotax.

We offer two winterization options: Basic and Full.

⭐ Our Basic Winterization includes draining the engine of water, stabilizing the fuel, fogging the engine and running on antifreeze (if applicable). We also check gear oil for contamination.

⭐ The Full Winterization Package includes changing gear oil and engine oil/filter, ensuring the engine is drained of water, stabilizing the fuel, fogging the engine, and running on antifreeze (if applicable). We also check gear lube monitor level, grease remote zerks and propshaft, grease midsection (outboards), check/top up power trim fluid, check/top up steering fluid, inspect engine belt, and inspect battery connection.

NOTE: WINTERIZATION PACKAGES VARY BASED ON ENGINE SIZE, OIL QUANTITY & WEIGHT AND AMOUNT OF ANTIFREEZE NEEDED.

Additional Shrink Wrap Info

To prevent chafing lines on dark hull boats, we use a chafe tape under the shrink wrap.
If your boat is 8.5’ wide, we use 1.5” x 2” entire side post to fit your wrap around the back 30” both sides, which would come to $100.00.
If your boat is damp, we will install No Damp Bags at $9.95 each.

Winter Storage

Outdoor Storage: $65.00 + GST per month
Trailering and boat must be insured, winterized, and shrinkwrapped.
